Dr. Nazila Eshraghi is a podiatric physician and surgeon with more than twenty years of experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of foot and ankle conditions. She completed her doctorate at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and her residency at hospitals affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College in Brooklyn, with focused training in podiatric medicine, forefoot and rearfoot surgery, and wound care. She has practiced in both large metropolitan and community settings, including fifteen years in Los Angeles, California, before relocating to serve patients in the Lake Wylie and greater York County area.

At Complete Feet Care, Dr. Eshraghi provides comprehensive podiatric services for adults and seniors, with particular emphasis on high-risk and medically complex patients. Her clinical interests include diabetic foot management, neuropathy and gait-related problems, chronic heel pain, nail and skin pathology, and limb preservation through early intervention and pressure offloading. She has extensive experience creating custom prescription orthotics and employs FDA-approved laser therapy for nail fungus, warts, and scar remodeling when appropriate. Her approach is conservative when possible and surgical when necessary, with a strong focus on long-term function and fall-risk reduction.

Dr. Eshraghi works collaboratively with referring physicians, hospitalists, primary care providers, endocrinologists, and wound care teams to support continuity of care. She prioritizes clear documentation, timely communication of findings and treatment plans, and practical, patient-friendly education to support adherence. Complete Feet Care operates as a low-volume, high-touch practice, allowing time for thorough assessment and management of complex cases.

Key areas of focus for referred patients include:

  • Diabetic foot care, neuropathy, and ulcer prevention

  • Management of nonhealing or recurrent foot ulcers

  • Evaluation of gait abnormalities, balance issues, and fall risk

  • Chronic heel pain and plantar fasciitis

  • Painful deformities such as bunions, hammertoes, and claw toes

  • Ingrown, thickened, or fungal toenails

  • Callus, corn, and pressure lesion management in high-risk patients

  • Custom prescription orthotics and offloading solutions

Dr. Eshraghi welcomes referrals for diagnostic evaluation, second opinions, and ongoing co-management. Her goal is to support referring clinicians by providing focused podiatric expertise that helps protect mobility, prevent complications, and reduce downstream hospital and wound-care utilization for shared patients.
